5. Return Shipping
5.1 Free Return Shipping
PrimeAutoLifts offers free return shipping on all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5.2 International Returns / Returns from Non-Contiguous US
For international orders or orders shipped outside the contiguous United States (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Please contact our support team for specific instructions.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the status of your refund. If the return is approved and meets all eligibility criteria:

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, model, or a completely different product, please contact our Customer Support team. We will guide you through the exchange process. Depending on stock availability and the nature of the exchange, we may process it as a return followed by a new order, or directly facilitate the exchange.
If the exchange item has a different price than the original item, we will either refund the difference or charge you the additional amount, as applicable.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately, and no later than 7 days from the date of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- A clear description of the damage or defect.
- Photographs or videos clearly showing the damage or defect to the product and packaging.
Upon verification, PrimeAutoLifts will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or offer a full refund if a replacement is not available. We will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged/defective item and sending out the replacement.
9. Lost or Undelivered Packages
