Katool provides a 1-year limited warranty on all parts and product defects. Additionally, vehicle lifts include a 3-year warranty on structural components. Optional 2-year extended warranty plans are also available for purchase.

Structural components for vehicle lifts.

Warranty Conditions:

Claims must be within the warranty period and are non-transferable.
Replacement parts are provided free of charge, including shipping.
Labor costs are not included in the warranty.
Disassembly of equipment prior to warranty approval is not permitted.
